Terms of service

CareTN is a job board for Tennessee home care agencies and caregivers. These terms are a draft pending operator and legal review before public launch.

Applications and hiring

Applying does not require an account and does not guarantee employment. CareTN is not the employer, does not conduct background checks, and does not verify individual caregiver qualifications. Agencies must verify licenses, work authorization and qualifications, comply with applicable employment laws, and independently decide whom to hire.

Agency verification and content

Agencies must provide accurate business information and receive administrator approval before publishing. A verification badge means that the operator approved the submitted business information; it is not a guarantee of workplace quality. Listings must include accurate hourly pay ranges, shift and certification requirements and must not discriminate. Do not upload confidential patient information, fraudulent claims or illegal content. Administrators may pause or remove listings.

Plans and expiry

The free trial lasts 60 days with up to 3 active jobs. Basic is $99 per month with 3 active jobs. Pro is $299 per month with unlimited jobs, scored screening and opted-in matching. All listings expire after 30 days unless renewed. Paid subscriptions require completed Stripe checkout; we never silently charge when a trial ends. Cancellation and payment management will be available through Stripe when connected.

Text messages

Application texts require the checkbox consent shown on the application. Future matching texts are optional. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and connected service availability.

Screening and matching limitations

AI screening scores are advisory and may be incorrect. Review the raw answers, provide meaningful human oversight and never use a score as an automatic hiring or rejection rule. Commute estimates use city centers and may not reflect actual driving routes. Matching never submits applications on your behalf.

Sample listings and availability

Listings explicitly labeled sample are fictional and do not accept applications. External messaging, payments and reports may be disabled until configured. No warranty of uninterrupted service is made. Applicable consumer and employment rights are not waived.

Operator details

The operator must add their legal identity, support contact, governing-law provisions, effective date and any additional legally required disclosures before public launch.
